This week was spent problem solving solutions for a large PDF that I thought was near complete but in my final check of the documents I found an issue that requires me to go through every page of the document to manually check for this error. This sounds like an easy task but not when it’s an 88 page document! I also started learning about a new database project that I will be spending most of my remaining time on. This weekend is a 3-day weekend for Independence Day and I am excited to be in our nation’s capitol on this holiday. On Friday, a group of us interns went to a Washington Nationals game which was a lot of fun! Even though the Nationals lost against the Atlanta Braves we had a lot of fun! We had our own area because we needed accessible seating and there were 10 of us in an area with 11 seats. After the game, there was a fireworks show; I guess I would call it the preshow before the Independence Day celebration. We are going to a concert on the lawn of our nation’s capitol followed by a fireworks show that I here is unbelievable. People say that there is nothing like the 4th of July in Washington DC!
